Hahaha...that last picture was very funny...cute cat! :-D By the way, regarding you question, siling labuyo is a local version of chili which is very hot, almost as hot as jalapeno. They're very small. Sorry, should have provided an English translation. Thanks though for bringing it to my attention. :-D
